Connect to nature at our tranquil space. This property features a boundary with the Little Yarra River with fishing and swimming locations, an exotic mushroom farm and a small orchard and a vegetable garden surrounded mainly by natural bushland.

Enjoy fishing and walking along the tracks at Powelltown, reading a book on the balcony during the day and snuggling up to the fire pit at night.

We are almost done with touching up the property and plan to make the place available for rental in early 2025.
