Morels

Morel mushrooms are one of the worlds favourite wild harvest mushrooms with an annual market estimated at USD $1-2 billion. The vast majority of morel mushrooms are harvested in the Northern Hemisphere Spring - offseason to Australia.

 

We have been learning to grow morel mushrooms in the Australian environment for five years. We  have continued to apply our learnings and refine our processes every year. 2024 season has been our best yield to date and we believe that in the 2025 season we will produce a commercial yield.
